P!NK is speaking out after reports circulated that she and Carey Hart had gone their separate ways after two decades of marriage.

According to a report from People on Thursday (February 26), a source told the outlet that the TRUSTFALL singer, 46, real name Alecia Moore, and the former professional motocross racer, 50, had split after 20 years of marriage. The pair, who met in 2001 at the Summer X Games in Philadelphia and dated on and off until their engagement in 2005, tied the knot January 2006 in Costa Rica. They share two children: daughter Willow Sage, 14, and son Jameson Moon, 9.

Shortly after news broke, however, the musician slammed the rumors in a scathing video shared to her Instagram.

"So I was just alerted to the fact that I'm separated from my husband. I didn't know. Thank you for letting me know," she said, adding in the caption, "Like I always say. If you don't hear it from me, don't believe the hype. Stay tuned though! Who knows what could happen next!?!"

The former couple's rumored split would have marked the second time they have separated during their marriage. P!NK and Hart first announced they had separated in February 2008, a brief breakup that inspired some of her hits like "Please Don't Leave Me" and "So What," per Page Six. They seemingly remained amicable at the time as Hart even appeared in the music video for "So What," and by 2009 they had reunited after attending couples counseling.

"We're rebuilding," Hart told People at the time. "Sometimes you have to take a couple of steps backwards to move forward."
