Jennifer Aniston's love story with boyfriend Jim Curtis was a "long time" coming.
Curtis shared some rare insight into his relationship with the Friends alum during a Monday (January 26) appearance on the Today show to promote his new book The Book of Possibility. The hypnotherapist, who revealed that he and Aniston have been together for "almost close to a year," explained that he met his partner through mutual friends, per People.
"We were just introduced by friends. That's it," he said. "We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat."
However, it took a while before their friendship evolved into romance.
"It took a long time, we chatted for a long time and we became close," he said.
Aniston and Curtis first sparked romance rumors in July 2025 when they were seen on a private getaway in Mallorca with pal Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka, and have been seen spending time together and even going on double dates with friends.
The couple hard-launched their romance in November when the Morning Show star shared a sweet birthday tribute to Curtis on Instagram, posting a photo of her hugging her beau with the caption, "Happy birthday my love. Cherished ❤️"
