The Atlantic City Air Show, part of the inaugural Visit Atlantic City Soar and Shore Festival, will take place from July 15 to 17. The event will feature a variety of aerial performances, including a Soviet MiG-17 fighter jet, a B-25 Mitchell bomber, and four F-16 Fighting Falcons from the New Jersey Air National Guard's 177th Fighter Wing. The air show is a civilian event, marking a shift from previous military-focused shows.

The festival will also include the Misty Blues Parachute Team, known for their thrilling all-women performances, and a UH-1H Huey helicopter with Smokey Bear, highlighting its historical significance from the Vietnam War. Additionally, the F4F Wildcat, an American carrier-based fighter aircraft, will be flown by air show legend Thom Richard.

The air show will take place over the beaches of Atlantic City, with flying scheduled from noon to 2:30 p.m. each day. Spectators can enjoy the aerial displays from various locations, including the beach, the iconic Boardwalk, and beachfront resorts. For those seeking an elevated experience, VIP watch parties will offer food, drinks, and prime views from rooftop bars and poolside lounges.

The festival will also feature a beachfront fireworks display by Grucci on Wednesday (July 16) at 9 p.m., a fishing tournament, and a car show. For more information, visit the official festival website.
