Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has announced $10 million in bonuses for its workers following a record-breaking year. The bonuses were revealed during a town hall meeting on Thursday (February 27) and are a gesture of gratitude for the employees' dedication and hard work. Although the exact amount each worker received was not disclosed, Hard Rock described the bonuses as substantial.
Chairman Jim Allen highlighted the casino's achievements in 2024, noting record-setting performances in overall profit, market share, hotel occupancy, and gaming revenues. The casino's success extends beyond gaming, with notable achievements in conventions, food and beverage, and entertainment sectors, as reported by The Press of Atlantic City.
Hard Rock Atlantic City, which opened in 2018 after renovating the former Trump Taj Mahal, has consistently grown its revenue, gaining market share from other Atlantic City properties. The casino employs over 3,400 people, with more than 2,400 in full-time positions. The bonuses reflect the company's ongoing commitment to its employees and the local community, as noted by Casino.org.
