Michael McCarty and Lyle Williams of Pitman have won $50,000 for their extravagant holiday lights display, known as Frostland Village. Their home in Gloucester County was featured on ABC's 'The Great Christmas Light Fight,' where they competed against participants from Florida, Texas, and Illinois. The couple's display, which includes vintage animatronic characters and a unique Christmas tree made from blow molds, captivated the judges and earned them the grand prize.

The display at 23 Euclid Ave. has become a local favorite, attracting visitors from across South Jersey and even as far as Maine, Idaho, Florida, and California. McCarty and Williams have been creating their elaborate holiday displays for a decade, with McCarty specializing in crafting intricate scenes reminiscent of New York's Christmas window displays and Disney attractions.

The couple's passion for holiday decorating grew significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic when they decided to bring a bit of New York City to South Jersey. Their dedication and creativity have paid off, as they continue to expand and enhance Frostland Village each year.
