I stopped by Castillo Pizzeria at The Exchange and the whole experience honestly surprised me in the best way.
The vibes were super lowkey and relaxed, nothing too hectic, just a really chill place to sit down and enjoy a good meal. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which immediately made the experience feel even better. You could genuinely tell there was care put into everything, especially when it came to the food.
I ordered the carne enchilada tacos and buffalo wings, and both completely delivered. The tacos had the perfect crunch, were packed with flavor, and the sauce took them to another level. Everything worked together so well that every bite felt better than the last.
The wings were skinny, spicy, juicy, and actually HOT in every sense of the word. I genuinely lost my words mid bite because they were that good. It was one of those moments where you just pause and enjoy because there is nothing else to say.
Everything tasted super fresh, and you could tell it was made with care instead of being rushed out.
