Sophie Turner had a memorable reaction after sharing an onscreen kiss with one of her costars.

During a recent appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, the Dark Phoenix actress revealed that kissing her The Dreadful costar left a bad taste in her mouth, per Page Six. The reason? It was with her fellow Game of Thrones alum Kit Harington. The duo portrayed half-siblings Sansa Stark and Jon Snow on the hit HBO series from 2011 to 2019.

"I have to be honest, it was bad," she said, adding the "vile" kiss was a "really bad moment in [her] career." She even admitted that it was "worse" than the time she had to film a scene with cockroaches.

And she wasn't the only one to feel that way. Turner noted that when she originally got the script for the Gothic horror film, she "immediately" thought of Harington and sent it to him too. However, he had some reservations.

"He kind of sent me a message back, like, 'Yeah, I'd love to, but this is gonna be really f---ing weird,'" she said.

She was confused by his reaction, but it wasn't until she was going back through the script that she realized what made him feel apprehensive.

"Kiss, kiss, sex, kiss, sex... I was like, 'Oh shoot. That's my brother.' But it's such a good script that he was like, 'We kind of have to do it.'" she said, adding that they tried to "put it out of [their] minds" while filming, though they were still "retching" after their first onscreen kiss.

Elsewhere in the interview, Turner revealed how an innocuous gesture she made at a party inadvertently led one A-list couple to break off their engagement.
